Blue Waters ChardonnayBlue Waters Chardonnay

Production Notes: This Chardonnay is completely unoaked, giving it a much lighter body and fruitier flavors than most traditional chardonnays. Residual Sugar: 1.0%, pH 3.31, Acid: 6.15 g/l.

Tasting & Pairing Notes: This is a lighter style Chardonnay with fresh clean, fruity flavors. An excellent match for many foods, especially poultry and fresh cheeses.


BW RieslingBlue Waters Riesling

Production Notes: Named after Swedish Hill’s Blue Waters Vineyard overlooking Cayuga Lake, also a Gold Medalist! Residual Sugar: 2.3%, pH: 2.91, Acid 7.65 g/l.

Tasting & Pairing Notes: Swedish Hill’s latest Riesling, made in a semi-dry style that is loaded with floral and peachy, almost Muscat-like tropical aromas and flavors. Finishing long and crisp, best when paired with spicy Asian cuisine, chicken, and seafood.


Dry RieslingDry Riesling

Production Notes: A consistent top Gold Medalist and recently rated 92 at Australia’s Canberra International Riesling Challenge. Residual Sugar: 0.8%, pH: 2.91, Acid: 7.80 g/l.

Tasting & Pairing Notes: With elegant floral aromas and a clean crisp finish, this drier style of Riesling is versatile with many foods but best when paired with a chicken stir fry, Sea bass or smoked Trout.
