FRONTENAC POINT VINEYARD & ESTATE WINERY

Owners Jim and Carol Doolittle planted their first vines in 1979 and were bonded NY Farm Winery #47 in 1982, producing only 400 cases. We have maintained that diminutive status, currently making only 2000-3000 cases a year, with half devoted to dry, red wines. We invite you to visit and discover what is unique at Frontenac Point. You can savor our wines in our European-inspired hospitality room and enjoy a 15-mile panoramic view of Cayuga Lake from our deck. You can also see and hear the 10-foot tall Stay Sail, a kinetic sound sculpture that sits on the bow of the winery deck overlooking the vineyard and Cayuga Lake.

FPChambourcin 22008 Chambourcin

Production Notes: Residual sugar: 0%, IRF Scale: Dry
Tasting & Pairing Notes: This vintage has a bouquet of cherry tobacco and mint. The full body and tannin will let this wine develop a more lingering finish with age. Pair with chicken, pasta, or red meat.
